Ingredients

2 oz 10ToOne Rum
0.5 oz Everton’s Spicy Maple
3 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters
Scotch bonnet slices (for Spicy Maple)
Everton Blend No.6™ (for Spicy Maple)
Equal parts water + maple syrup (for Spicy Maple)

Method

1. Prepare spicy maple by mixing equal parts water and maple syrup, adding sliced Scotch bonnet and Everton Blend No.6™, then straining.
2. In a cocktail beaker or glass, combine rum, spicy maple, and bitters.
3. Stir gently.
4. Serve over a large ice cube.
